CNC Water Jet Cutting

Causeway offer a CNC driven Precision Twin-head Waterjet Profile Metal Cutting service. We are always happy to undertake your bespoke projects and have the ability to handle all of the following materials.

• Mild Steels
• Stainless Steel
• Specialise Alloys

Our maximum cutting envelope is 3m x 1.5m and thickness up to 20cm’s with tolerances of +/- 0.3mm

The benefits of this cutting process are very little heat generated directly to the material during the cutting process, therefore, there is no heat colouring, melting, hardening, changing of properties or heat distortion of the material.

Production is taken directly from our clients or in-house developed CAD files.
